Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing high quality contact lists and reporting services to all staff
  • Completing quality control audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper usage of data
  • Identifying, prioritizing and automating reporting processes to minimize manual manipulation and lists
  • Maintaining accurate data, reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct coding problems
  • Designing and developing metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with Blackbaud Enterprise CRM is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL and SSRS reports. Experience using query functions in a relational database preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate, manage and translate client needs into reporting solutions
  • Ability to capture, analyze and interpret large amounts of raw data
  • Thrive in a team environment and possess a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Successful track record in providing customer service
  • Maintaining the highest level of confidentially and be receptive and accepting of guidance from others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new database systems
