Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced, data-driven digital marketer with strong technical skills and a keen sense for style and engaging content. This hands-on, highly motivated, analytical individual will drive marketing strategy, tactical execution, and reporting with the help of the communications team. They will be expected to work at a very fast pace, so speed, without sacrificing attention to detail, and the ability to execute on tasks quickly, is essential. To be successful in the role, you must be willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. The role will lead digital marketing for CHC, its Weitzman Institute, and affiliate organizations, including the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement, ConferMED, and the National Nurse Practitioner Residency and Fellowship Training Consortium.
This position can be based remotely in the United States, or at CHC's Middletown, CT, Denver, CO or Newport Beach, CA locations. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, the position will have ownership of digital media strategy, content and campaign design and implementation, including but not limited to the following:
Digital Campaign Strategy:
Strategically executing brand's digital presence and voice to target and appeal to a variety of audiences with nuance and sensitivity.
Social Media Engagement:
Analysis and Reporting:
Conducting analysis and owning and maintaining site metrics and campaign reporting.
