About the role:

The Project Manager will oversee a cooperative agreement between ECPAT-USA with the Department of Transportation/Federal Transit Administration. The successful candidate will have proven contract administrator experience with complex, multi-phase, multi-million-dollar projects. General duties shall include, but not be limited to, monitor all aspects of contract compliance to include permitting, assist with the development, negotiations, and execution of cooperative agreements, subcontracts, and change orders. Review contractor invoices for contractual compliance and conduct closeout procedures. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with the Project Management team to ensure the project is delivered in compliance with all contractual terms and conditions, as well as City, State, and Federal requirements.
  • Write contract letters, change orders, contract analysis, and other communications and notices.
  • Follow protocols for record-keeping and documentation retention for audit.
  • Draft and prepare required reports, correspondence, and other documents related to project delivery.
  • Monitor all aspects of contract compliance.
  • Conduct closeout actions upon contract completion such as final audit, payment, etc. under the direction of ECPAT-USA personnel.
  • Own and maintain a master project schedule for all active jobs, work with Project Management on weekly progress updates.

Candidate requirements:

  • 4 years of experience administering commercial/governmental contracts with skills in contract management, subcontractor management, and supervising teams.
  • Experience with administrative principles and practices, including goal setting, program development, implementation, and evaluation, and project management.
  • Produce accurate and timely results while managing a team of subcontractors.
  • Ability to achieve goals and objectives for reporting the project key performance indicators.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of managing and supporting the implementation of inclusivity goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Google Drive, Transit Awards Management System (TrAMS) and/or other federal government awards management systems, Project Management software.
  • Must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, self-starter attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; capable problem-solver.
  • Experience with children’s rights issues, child sex trafficking, and/or federal transit administration preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
