The Key Program, Inc. is seeking a full-time Masters-Level Clinician to join its clinical team in Worcester. Your clinical work will be with Department of Children and Families (DCF) residential Intensive Group Home model that serves adolescent girls. 


$1,500 hiring bonus in two $750 payments after three and six months of employment.


Benefits & Salary:

Annual starting salary range: $49,580 - $54,580 (LICSW or LMHC)

                                                             $46,580 - $48,580 (MSW or LCSW)

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related area of study.

License eligible and having a Clinical license (LICSW or LMHC) is a plus

Required to be at least 21 years of age or older

Valid state driver's license, legally registered and insured car for work use

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work a Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday schedule to meet the clients’ and their families’ needs. Schedule include 2 evening shifts per week.


Responsibilities:

Performs diagnostic evaluations of clients by conducting intake interviews, strength-based assessments, investigating case histories through contact with appropriate collateral resources, and evaluating clients to determine treatment strategies;

Provides intervention services by interviewing clients and/or families and evaluating and making appropriate referrals; Share clinical on-call responsibilities to ensure continuity of clients’ care and safety. 

Provides clinical services to families; assisting families in coordinating and utilizing appropriate treatment services and behavior management practices;

Works collaboratively with referral source and Key staff to identify and implement treatment goals;

Facilitate clinical groups such as DBT, stress management groups, substance abuse groups, etc.;

Conducts and/or oversees all necessary program clinical services including the development and facilitation of client groups, parent groups, family counseling, and individual counseling; Work in collaboration with Nurse Monitor on medication oversight.

Attends and participates in clinical supervision meetings;

Prepares and meet time-frames of completion for clinical case records and other required documentation according to guidelines;
