The Sales Operations Manager will play an important part within the operations of our Sales team. This role involves working on direct assignments from our Chief Sales Officer and our Inside Sales Director on a regular basis. They will also manage the Sales Operations Specialist. An ideal candidate will be able to multitask and meet project deadlines with extreme efficiency. They should be comfortable working with senior staff members across the company on various sales projects. Furthermore, they will have strong leadership and coaching skills to grow and support the Operations Specialist. Candidates must have proficient knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel in order to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying commissions and spiffs.
• Coordinating with our Finance, Operations and Professional Development teams to resolve a variety of issues.
• Evaluating and managing tools such as Sales Vue and GeoPointe and managing their technical roll outs.
• Setting up Salesforce Dashboards and Salesforce ad hoc reports.
• Completing analysis work for the Inside Sales Director and Chief Sales Officer.
• Conduct the training of members of our sales team and Customer Success Teams in all sales and sales related automation tools.
• Complete a variety of tasks in both Salesforce and Microsoft Excel with extreme efficiency.
• Analyze incoming sales requests and issues, escalate to IT as needed, and make necessary recommendations on a solution.
• Analyze Salesforce data for quality control and coordinate with other departments such as Sales Support on special projects.
• Develop and nurture the Sales Operations Specialist to assist with the above tasks and more.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certification or progress towards certification via Trailhead.
• Outstanding listening, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates a high level of diplomacy and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality.
• Team player, ability to work cross-functionally, self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
