Recruitment Specialist

As our Recruitment Specialist you will help recruit first-generation scholars from underserved communities in order for them to matriculate to and graduate from college. Every day you will build relationships within the community and engage with scholars and their caregivers providing them with the knowledge and resources they need to be successful. To thrive in this job, you must enjoy engaging with young people, and have a strong belief that every scholar deserves the opportunity to graduate from college.

• You enjoy engaging with young people (late middle school and high school youth)
• You are experienced in planning events while managing all elements of project delivery
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are comfortable with public speaking.
• You are confident in analyzing and synthesizing data
• You are energized to organize and plan recruitment events  
• You are innovative and results-driven
• Spanish language proficiency preferred
• You are excited to support our students by working with them in-person 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Monday - Thursday and remotely 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. on Fridays. You will also need to be open to some weekend and evening work.

This position is full-time, exempt, with a full salary range of $53,550-$72,450. However, aligned with our DEI practices, we typically bring in candidates between the minimum and maximum of $62,055-$64,890.
