Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description: Assists office manager in routine office functions, including printing, mailing and filing. Is familiar with office record-keeping procedures and legal requirements. Needs to be competent and familiar with Microsoft Office suite, including particularly Word and Excel, and mail merge functions. Experience with a cloud-based data system strongly preferred. Major responsibility includes membership database administration and record-keeping of dues.
The position requires an efficient worker capable of organizing a wide variety of tasks on a regular schedule, and with flexibility to respond to varying demands based on the needs of the Union. Phone etiquette required. Will work in Conshohocken and Philadelphia offices, and occasionally other locations as needed; employee will provide own transportation.
Salary range $38,000 to $40,000 Exempt; bargaining unit position.
