You will handle a range of tasks such as developing compelling digital content, managing social media channels, brainstorming new ways to reach underrepresented communities, and organizing events.

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Create data-driven, comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple media channels to promote LEAD Ohio training and educational programs, increase brand awareness, and increase donor and potential donor engagement.
    2. Content Creation: Write, edit, and manage content for various platforms, such as promotional materials, newsletters, emails, social media posts, and educational guidebooks and resources. Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice, values, and messaging.

Training program(s) and Event(s) Support: Create and distribute communications for LEAD Ohio Campaign Academy or other LEAD Ohio training programs to registrants including the dates, times, logistics, necessary prep work, and any other instructions or guidance needed before the training. Assist, as needed, at coordinating and staffing Academies, webinars, “bootcamps”, and fundraising events. Provide any necessary follow-up communications.

    6. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the internal team to produce an annual impact report, assist in preparing materials, presentations and/or handouts, and support the team in developing materials for LEAD Ohio and LEAD Ohio Foundation board and donor meetings. Attend and support activities such as board meetings, donor meetings, finance committee meetings on an as-needed basis. Periodically work with vendors to produce LEAD Ohio “swag”, promotional videos, and professional photos.
