ANF is a relief and development organization dedicated to alleviating poverty

and building sustainable livelihoods for Nicaragua’s poor.

Requeriments:

•Minimal education of Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Social Sciences or comparable field required.

•Experience in proposal writing, development, and grants management.

•Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and a wide range of program/project activities.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English is required.

•Advanced knowledge of monitoring and evaluation practices.

•Extensive computer skills,  including proficiency with Microsoft Office software, searching online

databases and the Internet. 

Responsabilities:

Drafting of proposals to donors and / or auxiliary entities for financing projects /

programs with the components required by the funder: including the general and

detailed budget, descriptive reports, execution schedules, logical framework,

problem tree, objectives tree, matrix of activities, and annexes.

Collects relevant information for the formulation of projects / programs through field

visits or document review.

He/she searches for possible collaborators and donors, as well as in the search for

possible public calls for international funding.

Every six months, in conjunction with his/her immediate superior, he/she defines the

implementation of a project / program formulation plan.

Together with his/her immediate superior and the monitoring and evaluation officer,

he/she prepares the annual plan of monitoring and evaluation activities.
