Partners is a non-sectarian non profit. This position requires working with various faith traditions. A working knowledge of religions and how they are organized is helpful. Believing in a particular faith tradition is NOT a requirement.
Manage and conduct multiple capital campaigns simultaneously using Partners’ methods and standards.
Identify & steward clients through the “prospect” stage, pitching Partners approach to client leadership, write proposals and create presentations, and orient Partners’ staff involved in each project.
Conduct one-on-one Feasibility Study interviews with faith leaders, congregants, municipal leadership, foundation staff, neighbors, community leaders, business owners and other potential capital campaign stakeholders.
Collate and analyze interview results with independent research, drafting feasibility study reports. Identifying congregations ready to conduct a capital campaign.
