Bilingual Early Childhood Consultant

4-C in Madison, WI is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Early Childhood Consultant to join our team. Are you experienced in Early Childhood Education and ready to take your career to the next level? About Us

Community Coordinated Child Care, Inc. (4-C) is a non-profit Child Care Resource & Referral agency, providing advocacy and support services for early care and education in 11 counties around Madison in southern Wisconsin. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to high-quality early care and education. 4-C has several programs designed to reach the children who have traditionally had the least access to quality early care.

About the Job

You will coach, and mentor early childhood professionals through the YoungStar quality rating system. Your efforts will contribute to the strengthening of communities, provide opportunity for children to receive high-quality early care and education, and help adults embrace their roles and responsibilities to children and families.

Requirements

• Qualifications equivalent to Registry level 14 or higher required. (Please see https://www.the-registry.org/Membership/CareerLevels.aspx for level information.)
• Ability to conduct work in both English and Spanish required
• Experience with Environmental Rating Scale tools preferred
• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends as required
• Must provide own transportation within 11-county service area
