  • Set up, report on and improve campaign-specific dashboards, occasionally sharing with and presenting to stakeholders at the organization
  • Normalize and organize data across paid media, owned media and earned media to communicate findings and recommendations for testing and optimization
  • Liaise with the data science team hub to support metadata, org-wide projects, as appropriate
  • In collaboration with other members of the Marketing & Communications and Data Science teams, develop and implement attribution tracking and reporting for understanding impact of marketing activities on desired outcomes
  • Espouse a data-driven approach to drive strategy and results
  • Develop, maintain and trouble-shoot automated integrations between the business intelligence platform, data sources, and other platforms
  • Support test-and-learn activities with agile and forward-thinking approach to analytics needs
  • Share and present findings to team members and others across the organization at varying levels of seniority
  • Find and implement efficiencies in reporting and business challenges (e.g., media monitoring) leveraging business intelligence platform capabilities

Requirements:

  • 4+ years prior experience in a data/analytics-intensive role within a modern-day integrated marketing team (in-house or at agency)
  • Strong command of established best-practice media, marketing and content engagement KPIs
  • 1-3 years managing data flows and producing reports in a business intelligence platform (e.g., DOMO, Tableau)
  • Experience working in marketing project management software (e.g., Asana)
  • Quick learner and problem solver with the ability to “self-start,” develop projections and independent analyses beyond the basics
  • Comfort working with colleagues at various levels of seniority, with the ability to articulate analytical findings in layman’s terms
  • Understanding of privacy policies and other relevant PII practices (e.g., GDPR)
  • Ability to “translate” complex analyses and findings into layman’s terms
  • Statistics degree a plus, but not required if work experience has involved tangible application of statistical approaches (e.g., working with similar business intelligence applications or R statistical software)

Note: We are temporarily teleworking during the COVID-19 pandemic. When we return to in-office work, the Analyst will work in our NYC office.
