Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator participates in all functions of Salesforce development life cycle utilizing TNC’s basic project management discipline. 

This position can be located in Sacramento or Santa Cruz, California.

Desired Skills & Experience

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years related experience, and an ability to work independently as well as on teams. The most successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective communication, demonstrated problem solving skills, is well versed in industry best practices and shows an ability to adapt them to TNC’s organization and culture, and has a desire and ability to improve and streamline existing processes. Facilitation/training experience a plus. Like nature, our work is always evolving, so flexibility and a sense of adventure is also helpful!
