The Guild is a community-based, non-profit organization that provides educational services, living options, and life skills for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to continue our 60 years of serving the individuals in our programs lead dignified and satisfying lives, reaching their fullest potential and assisting families in every step of their journey.

We currently have an opening in our Residential Services Division for an Assistant Director, Residential Services/QA who will provide assistance with the management, supervision and administration of the program and will have primary responsibility for the four (4) ICF Residences. The AD will ensure compliance with all OPWDD regulations and guidelines and is on-call 24/7 for Residential issues that may occur.

A Bachelor's degree is required (Master's degree preferred) in Human Services, Education or Management field. At least five (5) year's experience working with adults with IDD and a minimum of five (5) year's supervisory experience in the field of residential services is required. Additional requirement is a working knowledge of ICF and IRA regulations and protocols.
