POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of all organizational marketing and brand initiatives including (but not limited to) digital engagement, creative campaigns and content, brand management and development. This position will be joining a highly collaborative and collegial team and will have the opportunity to contribute to conversations about critical issues that have a lasting impact on the organization and the Meals on Wheels network while also building marketing and brand development strategies that effectively supports the immediate and long-term ambitions of the organization.
The successful candidate will be a positive, dynamic leader with solid marketing skills and extensive experience in brand management who embraces change and the opportunity to join a leadership team that is transforming our organization and elevating the revered Meals on Wheels America brand. This role will lead and drive the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen and deepen public perception in a complex environment.
This new position is being created at a moment of extraordinary opportunity for Meals on Wheels America and the Meals on Wheels network, and this opportunity is matched by an increasing need for support.
The position reports to the Chief Development and Marketing Officer (CDMO) and is an Arlington, VA based, flexible hybrid working role. There is no weekly in-office requirement.
