Responsible for the overall management of residential services including domestic violence shelter program, transitional and supportive housing, and related services. Supervision and support of staff. Provide safety planning, assessment, support, including hotline, client counseling, advocacy and intervention. Responsible for insuring and supervising the following services: crisis intervention, residential counseling, advocacy, case management and residential support groups. Responsible for the collection of data and generation of monthly statistical reports . Monitor and provide training for all direct care staff. Ensure adequate scheduling and staffing of shelter and support services. Oversee the provision of food service and meet all state shelter requirements. Attend and participate in agency and community as required. Recommend and participate in the development of new programs, as needed. Must have a MA or MSW or related services field with residential and trauma focused experience. Minimum of 2 years counseling and supervisory experience. Minimum 2 years work experience on issues related to domestic violence and/or victims of trauma, racism and homelessness. High level of written, verbal, interpersonal skills; intermediate PC skills.
