Program Coordinator, Learning Partnerships

Welcome to the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), home to a passionate community of global educators who believe in the power of technology to transform teaching and learning, accelerate innovation and solve tough problems in education. ISTE is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Learning Team! The Program Coordinator, Learning Partnerships is responsible for product/program/project coordination in support of various ISTE initiatives, including ISTE U, Seal of Alignment, and other vendor services. The position is responsible for administrative functions including sales lead tracking, contracting and invoicing, customer/client support, data analysis and reporting, and project workflow organization. An individual in the Program Coordinator role should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and should be eager to learn about the field of education technology and non-profit organizations.

Position-Specific Duties

Account Administration

• Field new inquiries, manage communications, and track leads to execute sales orders.
• Monitor customer support inquiries and resolve or escalate to appropriate teams, as necessary.
• Create and process contractor, client, and partner contracts.
• Process and track incoming and outgoing invoices for contractor, client, and partner payments.

Data Management 

• Pull, organize, and analyze project-related data from across various systems.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce as needed 

Project Coordination

• Assist with project organization and workflows.
• Assist in creating client-facing deliverables.
• Communicate with contractors to ensure timely project fulfillment.
• Work with the marketing team to periodically update web pages with new information and deliverables.
• Perform other project coordinator duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor's with a minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management/organizational skills
• Data analysis skills
• Experience working in Salesforce
• Experience with D2L Brightspace a plus
• Contracting, Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a plus
