Overview of El Futuro: El Futuro is a non-profit mental health and substance abuse outpatient clinic serving Latino families of central North Carolina. We operate two clinics located in Durham and Siler City.
Description: Manages clinic flow, processes and efficiency. Supervises front desk staff and volunteers. Oversees supplies and waiting room resources for both clinics. Supports communication efforts. During walk-in clinic hours, the clinic manager assigns walk-in clients to available clinicians after conducting a mini-screening, and reviews all registration paperwork for accuracy. The position requires significant client contact. We are seeking someone who is very committed to working with the Latino community in North Carolina and open to the unique challenges of working in a non-profit organization.
Requirements: We seek a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) person with excellent customer service skills who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. The individual must have high level organization, prioritization, communication and listening skills. 3+ years management and supervisory experience highly preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related field. Strong Excel, Word and Google Cloud Platform software skills.
