ETI is currently seeking an experienced, reliable and task-oriented full-time Executive Assistant to work directly with ETI’s Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will assist the CEO with various administrative and research tasks, including writing and editing correspondence. This individual will need to be highly self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.   • Provide administrative assistance to CEO and Executive Team around travel, reimbursements, scheduling, physical mail and other needs
  • Conduct online research for the CEO
  • Draft, prepare and coordinate executive communications on behalf of CEO including email, physical mail, phone calls and interfacing with partners on CEO’s behalf
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for CEO
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Communicate with internal staff and external partners on behalf of ETI
  • Represent ETI in the community and in electronic communications
  • Assist the CEO with a wide variety of organizational projects
  • Manage contact lists for CEO
  • Participate in biweekly team calls as well as supervision calls with the CEO
  • Maintain frequent and consistent communication with the CEO
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff, partners and stakeholders


  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 2 years professional experience
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a supportive role to ETI Team
  • Applicant will need to possess their own computer which they can use for work at ETI
  • Be available for local, national and international travel
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mail Chimp, Salesforce, and others
