Description

Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (RTC), an environmental non-profit that promotes bike trails, walkable and healthy communities, is seeking a Development Data Manager to oversee the organization’s fundraising and membership database.


The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and ensuring accuracy of constituent databases. The position will manage RTC’s two primary databases and will work with development staff, donors, and vendors to ensure data integrity and accuracy. The position will also play a lead role in ensuring procedures related to data entry, donor information, customer service and reporting are as effective and efficient as possible.


Qualified candidates with a B.S or B.A degree, must have 2 years or more of working directly with constituent databases, ideally in the nonprofit setting. Ability to work with different staff members and vendors in a collaborative atmosphere necessary. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
