As a driving force in this mission, we are seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to join our compassionate team, working to create “An equitable community where everyone has a safe place to call home.”

    The Role: Continuum of Care Grants Manager

    In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee SSF’s grants department, manage a diverse and expansive portfolio of grants, and provide oversight for the financial and programmatic aspects of HUD-funded projects. You’ll collaborate with grant recipients and lead a team committed to compliance, risk management, and positive community impact.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, planning, public administration, housing, community development, or a related field.
    • At least five (5) years of experience in homelessness, housing, community development, or planning, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory or management role.
    • Extensive experience with HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) grants, or similar federal/state grants (such as ESG, CDBG, or HOME).
