POSITION DESCRIPTION

Springwell is seeking a Human Resources Benefits/Payroll Coordinator who is organized, detail oriented and enjoys being part of a dynamic team!


He/she will be responsible for all new hires, terminations and changes in payroll. He/she will process all medical, dental, life insurance, short term disability, HRA, FSA, and 401K paperwork as well as COBRA and FMLA.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ADP or similar payroll/Human Resources software plus strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and working knowledge of State and Federal Laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information a must.
  • A reliable car, current driver's license and safe driving record required.
