We are looking for a Supplier Relationship Executive at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will ensure the effective co-ordination and administration of Oxfam’s marketing & fundraising suppliers, so as to deliver high quality and cost-effective services in support of Oxfam’s marketing & fundraising activities. You will also minimise issues and risks while upholding compliance and regulatory standards.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with external agencies and internal colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and effective sharing of information, which is sometimes complex.
  • Ability to work with and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Extremely well organised, tenacious and self-motivated to coordinate a series of supplier relationships concurrently
  • Able to work methodically with a high attention to detail in order to meet the demands of a busy workload and keep effective logs and records.
