Provide court advocacy services to agency clients and non-agency clients. Provide crisis intervention, court options and emotional support. Assist in preparing orders of protection, provide IDVA education, legal and agency referrals. Maintain accurate and current information regarding domestic violence issues and policies. Collect data, record and manage corresponding paperwork; and meet deadlines. Provide community presentations and trainings.
BA in social services, criminal justice or related field preferred. Bilingual preferred. Must have 40 hour domestic violence training. Must have excellent communication and writing skills. Experience working with victims of domestic violence preferred. Must have experience working with people from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Minimum Education Required
