Talent Rewire engages employers to advance equitable access to economic opportunity by increasing opportunity, stability, and economic mobility among frontline employees. We support employers in rewiring their internal systems to hire, retain and advance populations that face barriers to sustainable employment.
Our employer community accelerates learning, builds momentum, and serves as a marketplace of ideas and best practices to invest in frontline talent. We typically host two to three convenings annually of six to eight employers in a cohort based model with multiple representatives from each employer. We center equity in our work, and use experiential learning, user-centered design + system thinking, and unlikely collaboration.

In the US, FSG has offices in Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington D.C. This full-time role will begin remotely, and we are open to considering candidates in other geographies (within the contiguous US) as we continue to refine our policies regarding office presence.* At this time, the starting salary range for this role is $110,000 - $115,000. Salaries are set according to an explicit compensation policy, and relevant market data is analyzed when setting salaries for each role. We also offer a generous benefits package including: health insurance with 100% of premiums covered by FSG, 3 weeks paid vacation, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, cell phone stipend, disability and life insurance, and more.
Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for our U.S. offices. In addition, we are unable to support the OPT Training Visa, as this visa will eventually require sponsorship.
*FSG’s US offices are currently closed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Employees are working virtually and no travel is expected through at least the remainder of 2021. We will continue to monitor the situation with the health and safety of our staff at the forefront.
