Na’atik Language and Culture Institute, located in Mexico’s Zona Maya of Quintana Roo, Mexico, is looking for an experienced, marketing and fundraising professional to lead on our marketing strategy, manage our annual fundraising campaigns and help raise our online profile.

We are a socially and environmentally sustainable nonprofit language school focused on interculturality through teaching Spanish and Maya to international students and English to local students. The income from our Spanish and Maya programs highly subsidizes our local English Program and library, enabling us to offer affordable classes to the local community. And through Na’atik Projects, our US-registered charity, we also raise funds to support a range of exciting projects, including our scholarship program and library for local students. Bringing your experience, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to the role, you will work across these areas: international language programs, the local English Program and Na’atik Projects fundraising.

This is a great position for a talented digital marketing all-rounder who is interested in the Maya Zone of Mexico and wants to live off the beaten path for a growing international, educational nonprofit. Ideally, we are looking for someone to start in January 2021 for a 12-month contract. We would like to have this position be on-site*, but if we find the right candidate who wishes to work remotely, we will consider this possibility.

Please check out our Facebook, Twitter Instagram accounts and website to learn more about Na’atik. We also recommend reading through our blogs to learn more about who we are and life in our town of Felipe Carrillo Puerto.
