Since 1968, Integrity House has provided comprehensive and successful addiction treatment services for individuals with substance use disorders. In addition to being CARF accredited, Integrity House is recognized statewide as a treatment leader. The organization offers inpatient, outpatient and medication-assisted treatments, halfway houses, and sober living options, in combination with support services, to individuals with substance use and other co-occurring mental health diagnoses that get them on the path of sustainable recovery.

Integrity House is looking for a well-rounded Marketing Manager who will develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that build awareness of Integrity House’s brand, position Integrity House as a leader in the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders, and cultivate agency resources.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Build and execute a content calendar that shares information on Integrity House’s programs, services, and strategic goals to partners, funders, current and prospective donors, and the general public.
  • Create email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and content.
  • Build and manage Integrity’s presence on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and engage in relevant social discussions when appropriate and feasible.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, 1-pagers, etc.) for agency programs and initiatives.
  • Develop Integrity’s annual report and distribute to donors and stakeholders.
  • Maintain Integrity’s website.
  • Collect and establish database of client, alumni, and stakeholder stories.
  • Build relationships with the media to identify opportunities to build brand awareness and engage in advocacy efforts.
  • Advertise fundraising and program events throughout the year (i.e., annual Gala, Golf Classic, Newark Corporate & Individual 5K, etc.).
  • Remain informed of developments in the field of substance use disorder and mental health treatment to support advocacy goals, educate the general public, and assist Integrity in remaining competitive in the marketplace.
  • Assist with or lead the coordination of external affairs, when needed.
  • Support other development activities as needed.

Job qualifications include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in English Literature, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of marketing and/or communications experience.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, mental health treatment, or recovery programs.
  • Experience creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or a similar product.
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization, experiential marketing, local marketing, and market research a plus!

Salary range is $60,000-$68,000. Hybrid work arrangements available for the right candidate.
