Senior Data Manager

We are a multi-award winning, creative and innovative organisation and the Senior Data Manager is a fundamental role within War Child UK, leading the strategic development and utilisation of our database as well as leading the database team. We’re looking for a database expert, ideally experienced at working with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, and who has a proven track record of managing large data-based projects with multiple stakeholders to achieve business critical objectives successfully and within given timeframes and budgets. We need someone who can support the preparation and planning for our mass marketing programme, due to launch in 2021, and create new data processes, journeys and reports in order to do so, as well as recruiting and training new team members. The Senior Data Manager should be a passionate advocate for the database and CRM systems and have an excellent working knowledge of GDPR and data compliance, which they can apply to their own data handling and that of others, supporting War Child UK to provide an excellent quality of service to our donors and supporters.
