The Marketing Manager is part of Rocketship's National Network Support Team and is responsible for overseeing online and offline marketing campaigns for all of our regions (Bay Area, Milwaukee, Nashville, and DC). You’ll play a meaningful role in the growth of Rocketship’s impact by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns designed to authentically attract more families to enroll in our schools and compel more change agents to join our team. You will develop marketing strategies, analyze and report on key performance indicators, manage market research projects, and oversee the implementation and usage of our CRM platform. You will engage targeted audiences across multiple channels to achieve goals associated with family recruitment, talent recruitment, and brand-building.
You are a versatile marketing professional who always takes an audience-centered approach to designing strategies and campaigns. You are an analytical and strategic thinker who uses data to guide decisions and continually improve performance. You are always looking to test new ideas to improve marketing efficacy and efficiency. You are an excellent writer and have a keen ability to navigate competing priorities while keeping your work expertly organized. You love partnering and leading projects with colleagues across multiple functions and thrive in environments where you are encouraged to reflect on your work, think outside the box, and try new ideas. While you’re confident in the skills and experience you bring to the table, you’re eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
