The National Urban League seeks a Manager, Talent Management Events & Engagements in the Talent Management department. The Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract diverse candidates to employment opportunities with our corporate partners. These recruitment strategies include but are not limited to social media campaign development, traditional marketing, digital and in-person events. Events include an annual Career Fair in conjunction with the National Urban League Conference, as well as virtual career fairs, professional development webinars and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy with some background experience in project management, event planning, sales & marketing.
