Summary

The Vice President for Compliance is a new position created in response to LISC’s rapid growth over the past several years. LISC has added new lines of business, new programs, new funders and new investors which has caused us to outgrow our current compliance infrastructure. The VP for Compliance will design an enterprise-wide compliance framework that is applied across LISC’s front line business units including national and local programs and lending; support functions such as grant and contract management, finance, legal, human resources and information technology; and consult with the Internal Audit Team.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating an enterprise-wide compliance management system for a complex organization that makes grants, loans, equity investments and recoverable grants to community-based organizations with funds raised from a wide variety of sources. The candidate we seek will be highly analytical, a systems thinker, a collaborator, and a problem-solver. Competency working in diverse teams is a must.
