Position Overview
The Senior Director of Child Development is an ideal role for an innovative and strategic leader and relationship-builder who wants to work alongside a team of educators to design, develop, and evaluate early childhood education. The Senior Director ensures developmentally appropriate curriculum grounded in children's unique interests and a safe and healthy learning environment for every child. Providing services to hundreds of families at three centers and across a network of nearly 40 home-based childcare providers, the Senior Director plays a critical role in building and implementing FACES’ high-quality and inclusive "two-generation" programming that creates impactful and inclusive services for children and their families across the organization.
