Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Manager of Finance will lead budget planning and management process for City Year Chicago and establish financial management processes and internal controls to ensure the site’s overall financial health through expense forecasting and revenue management. The ideal candidate will provide effective oversight and management of CYC’s financial processes in compliance with national organizational standards and requirements, working in close collaboration with CY National Headquarters. They will drive the management of the site’s budget, revenue and expenses by establishing internal controls, timely analysis, and monitoring systems.
