We have an English Social Studies teaching position available to begin on January 6th, 2022. (Our school year runs from January 6th to November 6th, 2022.) A native English speaker is required.

This position entails teaching Social Studies to 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students. We are a bilingual, experimental/laboratory school, and utilize cutting edge teaching strategies to better meet the learning needs of each of our students.

We strive to nurture effective communication skills, master core academic content and engage in inquiry based lessons. Our goals are to encourage each individual student to learn the way he/she learns best. Learning experiences and educational expectations are academically, intellectually, and personally challenging for all students. We are heavily engaged in a community outreach program with local community schools. Since March 2020, we have been online with our students. Therefore, the community projects have varied from tutoring English classes to local community students, creating English video classes for the local public school teachers and planting trees in areas that need a new tree population. As the health situation improves students will have the opportunity to do more hands-on community service projects.
