Among their duties, the Program Manager will develop strategic campaign plans and strategic outreach and engagement strategies, identify resource and budget needs, and implement campaigns for successful outcomes. The Program Manager will also communicate campaign progress and information to internal and external stakeholders and contribute to NPCA’s work with donors and volunteers.
