Description

The National Cryptologic Foundation (NCF) is seeking an experienced Grant Writer to support our federal and national level fundraising efforts. Our mission is to advance the nation’s interest in cyber and cryptology by educating citizens to be cyber-smart individuals, developing pathways for the future cyber and cryptologic workforce, engaging and convening partners to address emerging cyber and cryptologic issues, and commemorating our cryptologic history and those who served.

As a result of our efforts, the NCF has become a leader in K-12 cyber-related education initiatives. Working with local and national partners, we have developed guidelines and curricula for high school cybersecurity education, cybersecurity materials for middle school students, and a virtual venue for students to connect with cybersecurity and national security experts to explore careers in cyber-related areas and national security. Building further on this foundation, we plan to expand our program and reach to bring these resources to distant and underserved communities across the nation.

To ensure the realization of this mission, the NCF participates in fundraising, program development, educational outreach, and public engagement. All these activities, whether related to the Foundation’s legacy mission or its future, are conducted in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
