Job Purpose
Direct to Garment (DTG) printer operator needed to complete orders while ensuring the best quality and meeting deadlines. Applicants should be driven, detail-oriented, with a strong desire to produce high-quality prints in record time. Experience working with programs such as, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. This ideal candidate should have eye for accuracy and a can-do teamwork attitude. Quality check of finished product and maintain a clean and safe work area in which assignment is given. Willing to train individuals with developmental disabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Operate the DTG printer. Print t-shirts, tote bags, hoodies, and face masks. Manage computer files and complete orders as they come. Review work orders and understand what can and cannot be printed. Inspecting the job and keeping a quality control on orders to ensure high quality and accurate prints. Handle shipping and receiving of items. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the work area clean. Our programs’ goal is to job train adults with developmental disabilities and provide them with a job opportunity in the future. The DTG Printer operator is responsible for teaching students how to operate our DTG Printers and Embroidery Machines.
Requirements
Ability to meet customer deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to frequently lift up to 35 pounds. Other physical requirements include prolonged periods of standing, frequent bending, sitting, kneeling, and stooping. Must be a team player.
