For over a century, the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) has been at the forefront of social change, championing the needs of women, children, and families and working to safeguard individual rights and freedoms. 


The Member & Donor Relations Administrator is responsible for maintaining member and donor stewardship communication as well as ensuring that NCJW is fostering a culture of deep appreciation for all those who support our work and reports to both the Associate Director of Development and the Director of Member and Field Services.


●      Execute strategies for membership and donation acknowledgments

●      Coordinate data entry and reporting of membership renewals and first-time memberships

●      Oversee the monthly reporting of donors to internal staff and key development volunteers

●      Oversee the celebration of donors who reach milestones in giving

●      Work closely with the both Member & Field Services and Development teams to ensure that that correspondence is timely, correct, and uses a cohesive voice

●      Administer event logistics for committee meetings and special events, including RSVPS, distribution of materials and follow-up requests

●      Manage fulfillment of swag for both departments to ensure that items are sent to members in a timely manner and used within the fiscal year or period determined upon ordering

●      Assist with mail-merge communications to members and donors, both hard copy and digital,working in tandem with Marketing & Communication, when relevant

●      Assist in promoting a culture of philanthropy and a deep appreciation of the members and volunteers we serve throughout the organization

●      Other duties as assigned


●      Genuine passion for and understanding of the mission of NCJW

●      Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience preferred

●      Strong communications skills, both verbal and written

●      Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

●      Event planning or logistics experience preferred

●      Ability to think creatively and problem solve both individually and as part of a team

●      Ability to set and meet deadlines

●      Strong time management and organizational skills

●     Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
