The Associate Director of Development I (ADoD I) works closely with the development team to implement and coordinate effective multi-year strategies and plans for individual gift prospects.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination. They will have experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents, and in asking for and closing gifts of $25,000 or more. The candidate will need to have experience in managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors, working with cross-functional teams, and experience, coursework, or other training in fundraising principles and practices.
