Position requires a responsible, organized and detail-oriented individual capable of handling a variety of activities. The successful candidate will assist with all program activity and perform general administrative duties and assist clients who contact us via email and telephone. Responsibilities include: representing MHN at various events, executing off-site programs, handling phone and email inquiries and various administrative duties such as day-to-day bookkeeping, tracking program expenses, filing, database entries, and similar activities.
Men’s Health Network is a national non-profit organization located in DC with a primary office in Alexandria, Virginia.
Qualifications include: strong organizational and communications skills; ability to organize and execute complicated programs; QuickBooks proficiency; bookkeeping / accounting skills; MS Office; ability to work independently with moderate supervision; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position will work out of the Alexandria, Virginia office approximately 4 blocks from the King street Metro station.
