Cancer Pathways (formerly Gilda’s Club Seattle), a non-profit cancer organization with a variety of cancer-related programs in several locations in Washington State and nationally, offers a full time, 40 hour per week, Program Director position in Seattle. The position requires a Master’s degree, or higher, in Education, Social Work, or health related field; a minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience in education program development and delivery; a strong interest in and aptitude for program development, implementation, management, marketing, and outreach; familiarity with eLearning and other web-based program delivery; hiring, training, and supervision skills; a strong interest in collaborations, partnerships, and relationship-building; excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills; excellent management, organizing, and networking skills; and excellent computer and data analysis skills. Grant research and writing experience a plus.
