Within our adult programs, we provide comprehensive rehabilitation and clinical services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in order to take control of their lives and successfully achieve autonomy. With an emphasis on life goal achievements, we offer group and individual counseling from an evidence-based interdisciplinary recovery approach to psychiatric treatment.

Within our Child, Adolescent and Family Programs, we provide advocacy, care coordination and preventive services to ensure that all enrolled individuals receive the quality support needed to achieve their goals. The Per Diem LCSW provides supervision to staff who currently hold an MSW and are seeking to obtain clinical hours towards their LCSW. Staff members work within a number of programs and have a vast amount of experience providing strength-based supports.

Major Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision to staff who currently hold a Master’s in Social Work degree by providing individual and group reflective supervision, clinical leadership and training.
• Supervise staff providing crisis intervention and clinical risk management.
• Participate in Clinical Round meetings with our adult programs as needed.
• Engage in Incident Report Review Committee meetings.
• Ensure LMSW staff maintain continuation of services with participants to achieve social, education, vocational, and housing goals.

Qualifications:

• LCSW required.
• 3 plus years experience working with adult SPMI population required.
• 2 plus years supervisory experience required.
•  Must have direct clinical and case management experience, group leadership experience and knowledge regarding rehabilitation philosophy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent computer literacy skills.
• Understanding of Evidence Based Practices and experience with IPS, Person Centered Plan, and/or MI a plus.
• Bilingual/bicultural a plus.
