General Responsibilities:
· Work with business units and vendors to identify, analyzing and resolving problems associated with different software
· Coordinate with third party vendors to resolve problems with different association software as needed
· Understand integrations between the different software platforms and troubleshoot integrations issues as needed
· Work with various stakeholders to develop and document standard operating procedures for association software
· Providing recommendations for improvements or enhancements to various software used by the association
· Lead cross functional teams to implement and maintain required enhancements of the AMS and reporting infrastructure to achieve business goals and objectives
· Perform regular data hygiene activities in the AMS including but not limited to deduping, data audits, and data consistency checks
· Create and manage departmental dashboards to aid in KPI tracking
· Manages smaller projects as assigned by the director. Project management activities include project initiation, planning, collaborating with the project team to execute against the plan, monitoring & controlling tasks and deliverables, and performing project closeout procedures
· Address or escalate to director any issues preventing projects from achieving objectives
