Seven Tepees Youth Program is a non-profit, community based youth development and college access organization that provides comprehensive services to low income youth grades 6th-12th. Through the programs we offer our youth, we supplement their lives with the building blocks that will help them create positive successful futures for themselves, including social competency skills, academic skills, healthy self-esteem, role modeling, and exposure to new options and possibilities. Our Learning Center Program includes After-school Tutoring and Enrichment, Outdoor Education, Mentoring, Job Training and Community Service Activities for approximately 125 youth and families. Our College & Career Readiness Program provides college and career advising services at Mission High School and at the Seven Tepees Learning Center. The College & Career Readiness Program creates a college-going culture at each site and provides direct college access programming.

Seven Tepees Youth Program is dedicated to impacting the lives of inner-city youth.  Our mission is to work with urban youth entrusted to our care to foster the skills they need to make lifelong positive choices and to create their own opportunities for success.  The name Seven Tepees represents the diversity of the seven continents as well as the Native American tradition of connection to nature and care of the land.
