Excellent opportunity with the National Organization of Italian American Women for a motivated individual to help grow a small non-profit with a long history. Duties include providing support to membership, cultural programs, fund raising events and production, technical, and clerical duties.
Proficiencies required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Mail Merge, Power Point); experience on MAC or PC.
Knowledge of social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked-In to maintain organization's accounts; knowledge of database applications such as Filemaker Pro, Wordpress, and CMS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge and interest in Italian, Italian culture and history a plus.
Hours average approximately 30 hours per week.
