Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Technical Support Associate, you will be a member of group with a rapidly expanding technology base, often moving between the product support and product launch phases of our products, quite often acting as the interface between our customers and business groups. Navigate multiple platforms to ensure proper integration of information and resolution of customer situations, including running reports, uploading registrant lists, etc. Ensure pleasant communication with good grammar and the organization’s brand voice in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with 2+ years of customer support for a web-based product. Experience should include CRM experience, proven technical skills and the ability to navigate several platforms simultaneously, i.e., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Canvas and others.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of web applications, browsers, customer interaction with technology
  • Ability to accurately describe and document technical issues and feature requests
  • CRM Proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Live chat creation and support Video creation and conversion
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office products

Keys for Success:   

  • Well-honed ability to problem solve and apply solutions in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations. Assist with Help Desk.
  • Superior customer-centric mindset and approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Agile, quick learner of new platforms and systems.  
  • Liaison between Customers, technical team, and internal staff, with the ability to troubleshoot across teams.

Location/Hours

Full-time; Mon-Fri 37.5-hour work week

Position may be in Princeton, NJ office location OR be remote.  Individuals must have access to a strong, stable internet connection and suitable computer. Ability to work core hours and at approximately 10% of the time, flex to align with some early mornings/late evening and/or weekends for events.
