Tennessee Kids Belong equips the community to improve the experience and outcomes for children in foster care.
We are looking for a Community Relations Coordinator (CRC) who will build and maintain relationships with leaders and organizations, and in the faith community, to support the mission and goals of Tennessee Kids Belong. The CRC will work towards implementing programs around the four sectors TKB focuses on- Government, Faith, Business and Creatives. Goals will all lead back to recruitment and retention of foster families. The CRC would work closely with the one other Community Coordinator in Memphis, as well as collaborate with a team of CRC’s throughout the state.

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week which may require some travel throughout West TN. (Identifying key church(s) and businesses in South West and Northwest Region). The large majority of the focus will be in Shelby County due to the high volume of kids in care in this region.
