Immediate full time opportunity in NY Metro Area.

Operations/Program Coordinator for established, growing and exciting nonprofit organization offering cultural, scholarship, mentoring and networking programs. Seeking individual with proven experience to provide administrative, digital marketing, technical and communication support to National Board of Directors, Region Presidents, Network Coordinators and members. Provides technical support for all national and regional fundraising events and special projects.

Proficient in Micrososft Word (Word, Excel, Power Point, Mail Merge), MAC, Google Sheets, Word press, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills.

Familiarity with Italian language a plus.

Willingness to perform basic support duties: telephone, copying, preparing board minutes and other tasks as needed.
