The Manager of Tours will lead the Summit Tour Experience in partner schools across the country, providing a compelling program that will both build awareness of and expand support for Summit Learning across educational policy-makers and leaders.
The Manager of Tours will craft and implement a robust tours program that educates and engages existing and potential Summit Learning partner schools. This role requires an ability to communicate and motivate others towards a compelling vision of personalized learning through systems development and strategies to elevate the Summit Tour Experience. This person will sit on the Development team and report to the Director of Development; they will also collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience in development and investor/partnership relationships within an educational setting. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills, is flexible, and has strong organizational and project management skills.
This position will require travel through the Bay Area and Washington State, as well as travel to other regions across the United States.
