Preparing Adolescents and Adults for Life (PAAL) serves individuals with autism ages 13-21 in our educational program and 21+ in our adult services agency in a community-based setting. The website is where you can find more information. Professionals are being hired to provide direct instructional services in a 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 ratios. Instruction includes life skills (personal care, chores, shopping), job coaching, safety instruction, and other types of support. Typical program hours are 8am-4pm however as part of our clinical model all employees work both with the day hours and as a part of our residential program which can include nights and weekends. Flexibility, compassion, and dedication are key characteristics for any PAAL employee. We are currently prepared to hire full-time employees, who would be eligible for a healthy benefits package.
